what does it mean to be a leader?

A great leader's courage to fulfill HIS vision comes from passion, not position. The way YOU get meaning into YOUR life is to devote YOURSELF to loving OTHERS, devote YOURSELF to the community around YOU, and devote YOURSELF to creating something that gives YOU purpose and meaning. Follow YOUR heart, but be quiet for a while first. Ask questions, then FEEL the answer. Learn to trust YOUR HEART. Be still when YOU have nothing to say; BUT, when genuine passion moves YOU, say what YOU’VE got to say, and say it hot. THEY may forget what YOU said, but THEY will NEVER forget how YOU made THEM feel. Above all, be TRUE to YOURSELF, and if YOU cannot put YOUR heart in it, take YOURSELF out of it. Rest in reason; and move in passion.
